How to Use The Pressure Pillow

Place the Pressure Pillow behind the neck
Lower it down the back by holding onto the straps equally on both sides.
Pause in the places you would like the pressure to be.
Rest the pillow and the weight of your back into a chair or car seat;
lay in the bed or lay on the floor.
Relax against the pillow and breathe deeply allowing the pressure
from the double spheres to melt into the back.
Rest for several minutes and then lift or lower the straps,
taking the Pressure Pillow higher or lower, relaxing a different area.
